How do I change my subscription between MMA and MMA Plus?
At this time there is not a way to upgrade or downgrade. In order to change the level of your access you need to cancel your current subscription and sign up for your new desired tier.

How do I login/download the Shai Guitar Video App?
You can install the app on your phone or desktop:
1.Create your account, using the the invite link(s) that was provided in your welcome email.
2. Go to community.shaiguitar.com in your browser (Google Chrome recommended)
3. Your phone may automatically suggest for you to install the app, if not, no worries, just follow the next step...
4. On the complete right top corner, you can access the menu of your browser and choose "Install App"

Can I pause my subcription?
Currently there is not an option to pause your subscription. If you need to take a break from the space you will have to cancel your subscription and re-purchase at a later date. You can also subscribe to a lower tier to still have some access to the community space.
